About Sonia

Sonia was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2026. She is developing a broad practice, with a particular interest in international arbitration.

On the civil side, Sonia has gained exposure to arbitration during her pupillage, including HKIAC proceedings and related court work. Her litigation experience spans a range of matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, land disputes, employment disputes, personal injury and other tortious claims, as well as company and shareholder matters. She has attended trials, interlocutory applications and appeal hearings in the District Court and the High Court. On the criminal side, Sonia has assisted on cases in the Magistrates’ Courts, the District Court and the High Court.

Sonia read for her Juris Doctor and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong, and holds an LLM specialising in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to that, she obtained a double bachelor’s degree in Law and Portuguese at Beijing Normal University. She has passed the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Examination.

Sonia is a native Mandarin speaker who also works in English, Cantonese and Portuguese. She reads and drafts in English, Portuguese, and both traditional and simplified Chinese. Her language skills would be of assistance in cross-border matters, especially those involving Mainland Chinese or Lusophone parties and documents.

肖伊涵大律師於2026年獲認許為香港大律師。她正逐步建立涵蓋多個範疇的業務，並對國際仲裁尤具興趣。

在民事方面，肖大律師於實習大律師期間接觸了仲裁事務，當中包括香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）的仲裁程序及相關的庭審工作。她曾協辦多類爭議，包括商業及合約糾紛、土地糾紛、僱傭爭議、人身傷害及其他侵權申索，以及公司與股東事宜。她曾出席區域法院及高等法院的審訊、非正審申請及上訴聆訊。在刑事方面，肖大律師於裁判法院、區域法院及高等法院的案件中累積了相關經驗。

肖大律師於香港大學取得法律博士（Juris Doctor）及法學專業證書（PCLL），並持有倫敦政治經濟學院國際商業法法學碩士（LLM）學位。在此之前，她於北京師範大學取得法學及葡萄牙語雙學士學位。她已取得中華人民共和國法律職業資格證書。

肖大律師以普通話為母語，並能以英語、粵語及葡萄牙語工作。她能以英語、葡萄牙語，以及繁體及簡體中文閱讀及草擬法律文件。她的語言能力或有助於處理跨境法律事務，尤其是涉及中國內地、葡語系當事人及文件的案件。
