Barrister-at-law with extensive practical experience in banking laws covering consumer, commercial, merchant and investment banking, in particular banking fraud and bank failure cases. He played pioneer role in the product development and the concomitant legal documentation in swaps, options/derivative banking products in Hong Kong. The civil disputes included issues on human rights, banking, securities trading, land and property, commercial, employment, insurance, personal injuries, defamation, family, probate and bankruptcy. He also helped in the legal education in the banking industry.
