Holden N. Slutsky
Holden is qualified as a Barrister in Hong Kong and as an Attorney in New York and the District of Columbia. He is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer, Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC).
He is experienced in advising and representing clients in a variety of civil areas, including complex company and commercial disputes, interlocutory applications, constitutional law, property, personal injury, banking and finance and probate.
He also regularly receives instructions for criminal matters, and has represented clients in bail applications, mitigations, trials and appeals facing charges ranging from simple theft to more serious offences such as robbery and murder. He has also represented numerous clients, including businesses, facing charges prosecuted by the Labour Department, Buildings Department, ICAC, Customs and Excise, and Immigration.
Holden often appears as an advocate in the High Court, District Court and Magistracies, and has also appeared before the Air Transport Licensing Authority.
He read law at Cornell University in New York, as well as in Hong Kong at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong.
He is a regular contributor to the World Bank’s annual ‘Doing Business’ report.
